Domestic Shipping (Germany)
We ship orders within Germany via DHL. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days.
All prices include German VAT (19%).
European Union Shipping
We ship to all EU countries. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Prices include applicable VAT for your country.
International Shipping (Non-EU Countries)
We ship to select international destinations including Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, and others.
Important for non-EU customers:
- Prices shown exclude local taxes and import duties
- You are responsible for paying import VAT, customs duties, and any handling fees when your package arrives
- These charges are NOT included in your order total or shipping cost
- Customs processing may cause delivery delays beyond our control
- Delivery times: typically 7-14 business days, plus customs clearance time
Iceland Customers - Important Notice: Your order price excludes Icelandic VAT and import duties. You will be required to pay these taxes and customs fees when your package arrives in Iceland. This is standard for all imports into Iceland (DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid).
