SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (Germany)

We ship orders within Germany via DHL. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery within Germany usually takes 2-3 business days from dispatch.

All prices include German VAT (19%).

European Union Shipping

We ship to all EU countries. Delivery usually takes 4-5 business days from dispatch, depending on destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Prices include applicable VAT for your country.

United Kingdom and Norway

We ship to the UK and Norway with all taxes and duties paid (DDP). The price you see at checkout is the full price. There are no extra charges when your package arrives.

Delivery usually takes around a week from dispatch.

Other International Destinations (Non-EU)

We ship to select other international destinations, including Iceland.

Important for these customers:

• Prices shown exclude local taxes and import duties
• Your order ships DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), so you are responsible for paying import VAT, customs duties, and any handling fees when your package arrives
• These charges are NOT included in your order total or shipping cost
• Customs processing may cause delivery delays beyond our control
• Delivery times: typically 7-14 business days, plus customs clearance time
