FAQs

How many tracks can it store?

The device comes with 20GB internal storage, so you’ve got plenty of space!

As an example: A typical 3-minute song in WAV format is about 50 MB, so that's enough for approximately 400 songs. That would be one hell of a gig!

What is the size and weight?

Size: 165 x 134 x 61 mm; weight: 525g

What is the shipping cost?

Exact shipping is calculated at checkout but approximate costs are: Germany: ~€6. EU: ~€12. International: ~€20.

What file formats are supported?

Standard 44.1kHz, 16-bit WAV audio files for professional sound quality.

How do I use the metronome (click track)?

The built-in metronome generates a click in sync with your tracks. Just add the BPM to the filename (e.g., "mySong_120bpm.wav"), and the device takes care of the rest.

Which time signatures (meters) are supported?

A huge range, from simple counts like 3/4 and 4/4, to more complex ones like 5/4, 7/8 and 12/8. We've tested all the time signatures in between.

The device always defaults to 4/4, so you only need to specify time signature (meter) if you're using something other than 4/4.

Can I change bpm or add bpm changes during a song?

No, think of this like a traditional metronome: it’s “set and forget” for every song. That means the tempo runs from start to finish, and doesn’t support mid-song bpm changes or breaks.

What if I want to change time signatures during the song?

In this case we suggest setting the time signature to 1/1 (no accent) so that you can switch between time signatures without being distracted by downbeats.
